Super Junior Celebrates Shindong’s Birthday with a Cake

 

Happy birthday oppa! Super Junior‘s Shindong celebrated his 27th birthday a day before the actual date with his members.

On September 27 fellow member Kim Heechul shared a picture on his Instagram and wrote, “Happy Birthday Shindong. That’s right. This spot was my spot.” In the picture, Heechul, Shindong, Siwon, Donghae, Eunhyuk, Kangin, and Ryeowook pose together. Shindong shows off his cake with a bright smile. Heechul, on the other hand, stands in the center behind him with a smirk.

Shindong’s birthday is actually today on September 28 but the members must have gathered the night before to celebrate. 

Super Junior is currently preparing for their “Super Show 5” convert at the Mall of Asia in Manilla, Philippines in October.

Super Junior's Kangin Reveals How He Lost 33 lbs in a Month and the Side Effects From His Diet

 

Super Junior's Kangin revealed he lost 15 kg (~33 lbs.) in 27 days! 

During the press conference for 'Star Diving Show Splash', Kangin shared, "I went on a diet for 27 days and lost 15 kg (~33 lbs.)."

He explained how he ended up losing so much weight so fast. "I ate small portions. I didn't put any carbohydrates near my mouth and didn't intake much water. When I was hungry, I ate one strawberry. I did a lot of aerobic exercise on an empty stomach before I went to sleep. As I practiced diving, I think I lost even more weight."

Kangin also revealed the reason for his intense diet, "I wanted to get my weight down. I have to perform at the Gayo Daejun festivals at the end of the year, and I wanted to come out looking good. But since I went on a harsh diet, I developed a stomach disorder. I aged faster, and I get more distracted. I think my blood pressure went up, and I became very sensitive too. I also suffered from dry eye syndrome. Since there are a lot of adverse effects, I wouldn't want to recommend my diet to anyone."

Super Junior will Release Travel Book of Korea

Super Junior will be acting as tour guides with its new travel book Super Junior's Experience Korea, to be release on August 16.

The book contains stories and photos of the Super Junior members, who traveled through Korea for about a year. It is expected to dram attention not only from fans in Korea but also fans from overseas as an extensive travel book.

The members split into pairs, and each pair covered each of the four directions. Siwon and Donghae left for the north, Gangwon-do. Kyuhyun and Yesung traveled to the east, Gyeongsang-do. Shindong and Eunhyuk went to the west, Chungcheong-do and Jeolla-do. Leeteuk and Ryeowook flew to the south, Jeju. And Kangin and Sungmin took over Seoul and Gyeonggi-do.

Each area's attractions are categorized into the themes 'Tasting', 'Feeling', 'Making', and 'Enjoying' for an easy read.

The book also actually comes in not one, but two installments. Donghae will talk about the dish of greens he likes, Shindong about home-brewed liquor, Kangin about his self-made strawberry tarts, Leeteuk about guesthouses, Yesung about temple stay experiences, Siwon about 'zip-wires', Ryeowook about the Gimnyeong Maze Park he got lost in, Eunhyuk about Dawn Redwood Street, Kyuhyun about his luxury yacht, Sungmin about handdrip coffee and all the members about their camping experience together.

It will also include an app for augmented reality, which will play videos on smartphones that touch the pictures in the book.

In the meantime, Super Junior will next hold its Super Show 5 tour in Taiwan from August 10-12.

Kangin Got Birthday Present From Lee Jung Hyun

     Senior singer, Lee Jung Hyun recently showcased its proximity to Kangin.  She uploaded a photo as she celebrates anniversary of Super Junior members were on his Weibo account. Both of them looked familiar. "Anniversary Dinner Kangin! Happy birthday to Kangin flower boy!" Hyun Jung wrote on 27 January. "I'm sorry we had dinner without Kim Heechul".

     Jung Hyun also uploaded photo at a birthday dinner at Kangin. Photographed is the Kangin was receiving gifts and blew his birthday cake years of Jung Hyun. They both pose familiar with drinking champagne. Happy birthday to Kangin " wrote netter China." I'm very jealous of their intimacy, "" Well, Jung Hyun look younger than Kangin, " and many other comments.

Kangin's Diet was Success

Super Junior's Kangin recently seen at Incheon International Airport on his way to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Surprised fans with weight reduction. The photos show Kangin wearing a black jacket and sunglasses, as well as showing the V-Line and toned body.

Kangin previously said via twitter on the 1st of January. "I ate a ten Neera [lemon] detox, my friend Han Byul given as a gift, and not just poison disappeared but my skin is also improved," said Kangin secret about weight reduction.

Netizens also commented, "Kangin's diet success, his face became more fresh", "I almost did not recognize Kangin", "He became more handsome. I salute all of his efforts. Dieting was not an easy thing to do".
