Tasty to Join SMTOWN Beijing Concert Lineup, Infinite Can’t Attend Due to World Tour

 

On August 19, a certain news agency reported that Infinite would be joining the line-up for an SM concert. However, SM C&C sources commented, “Infinite won’t be able to join the SM concert due to their world tour.”

The source continued, “Tasty will be attending the SMTOWN Beijing concert in October,” marking the first Woollim appearance in an SM event after the merge. However, Nell and Infinite will not be performing at the concert.

Previously, the public was put through a shock to hear the news of Woollim Entertainment merging with SM’s SM C&C to form Woollim Label on August 9. After many voiced their concerns over the Woollim artists’ futures, the agency assured that the artists’ music won’t change.

Infinite’s schedule after they return from their world tour is not yet decided and the public is yet to see Woollim’s top group perform on one stage with DBSK, Super Junior and other SM artists.

TVXQ! wows 144,000 Fans for Two Nights at Nissan Stadium

TVXQ! took over the hearts of 144,000 fans at the Nissan Stadium in Yokohama, Japan as they successfully wrapped up their 'TVXQ LIVE TOUR 2013 ~TIME~' tour.

On August 17 and 18, the boys put on their flawless live performance in front of 72,000 fans for two straight evenings. Even though there were only 2 members, Yunho and Changmin, as true performing veterans, commanded the stage for 200 minutes. TVXQ become the first ever foreign artist to have a solo concert at the famed 72,000 seat stadium. Only the top Japanese artists had the privilege of holding solo concerts at this venue.

TVXQ kicked off the concert with "Fated", and then continued onto "Android" and "Superstar". The boys also performed all sorts of songs, including "Duet", "One More Thing", "Y3K", "Purple Line" and "Humanoid". Yunho performed "T-Style" for his solo stage, and Changmin performed "Rock With You". 

'TVXQ LIVE TOUR 2013 ~TIME~' started back on April 27 at the Saitama Super Arena, they then headed to the Sapporo Dome, Nagoya Dome, Fukuoka Yahoo! Dome, Kyocera Dome, and Tokyo Dome over the next three months before the epic finale at Nissan Stadium.

SM Entertainment to Open 'SMTOWN Museum' in Los Angeles, USA

SM Entertainment announced on August 7 that they will be opening a hybrid entertainment area in Los Angeles, USA.

The tentative name of venue is "SMTOWN Museum". SM Entertainment had considered opening a place in Hollywood for locals to experience Hallyu Wave, but after considering the influx of locals and tourists in Korean Town, the agency bought a building in the heart of Korea Town. 

The buildings is located on the corner of Oxford street and will most likely be the location for the proposed "SMTOWN Museum".

A representative of SM Town said, "For long term and stable business promotion in the United States, SM Entertainment USA has purchased the building. It will be in the form of a museum with Korean restaurants, entertainment venues, and showcases that use hologram and other media".

DBSK Is the First Korean Singer to Be on the Cover of Japanese Magazine “Vivi”

DBSK will be on the cover for the Japanese Women's fashion magazine "Vivi". This is the first time that a South Korean male singer (or in this case singers) has appeared on the front cover. it is even more significant because this issue of "Vivi" is the 30th anniversary edition. This was reported on sources such as Sankei Sportsand "Zip," which is a TV channel on Nippon Television.

It looks as though this edition of "Vivi" is the April one and DBSK will be appearing on the cover alongside the Japanese model Fujii Lena.

According to the Japanese media sources, the reason why DBSK was picked to appear in "Vivi" is because of the fact that DBSK's new album "TIME" (This album has the theme of past, present, and future) fit in with the concept of the magazine. The album "TIME" has a theme of past, present, and fututre.

DBSK 6th Japanese album "TIME" will be released on March 6th.

TVXQ's Yunho Not Afraid Compared with Siwon Super Junior

     TVXQ's Yunho said he did not fear that his acting compared to Super Junior's Siwon. It conveyed at the time when a press conference Queen of Ambition drama on 9 January. The first episode aired on January 14 every Monday and Tuesday on SBS. While drama The King of Dramas has ended on 8 January with a high rating.

TVXQ! Want to be Closer With Cassie

     On last December 26th, TVXQ recently celebrated their 9th anniversary. Nine years is long enough life for a boyband to be able to survive in the world of the music career to overseas. This indicates that their success continues to shine and stay embadded in the heart of his fans.
